This Web site is aimed at customers accessing the site from within the UK and who are subject to UK law. Those accessing this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and tax regime. Orders may only be placed by those who are at least 18 years old.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days and keep the consumer informed throughout the process.

All prices are shown in GB £ Sterling.

Prices shown are only applicable to purchases made through the website. The prices in our shop may vary from those shown.

6. Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

7. Delivery of Goods

Delivery outside of mainland UK by arrangement only - Please email for further details (delivery charges may be made).

Delivery will normally be made within 1 working day of the order being placed, rarely carriers encounter a logistics problem which may add 24 hours to the delivery time. Should there be a delay in the despatch of the order the customer will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours.

Delivery will be made by Fastway Couriers, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Business Post during the working day.

Any special delivery instructions in the event of no one being present to receive the parcel should be advised at the time of order.

Carriage charges apply to all orders under £100 nett goods excluding any surcharges against return of old units on exchange items and VAT (Inland GB Only). Highlands & Islands add £6.00 .

Orders up to £25 carriage £6.00 + vat (£7.05) by carrier or £3.00 by parcel post at your own risk
Orders £25.01 to £50 carriage £6.00 + vat (£7.05)
Orders £50.01 to £75.00 carriage £6.00 + vat (£7.05)
Orders £75.01 to £100 carriage £5.00 + vat (£5.88)

8. Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will be credited with the purchase price of the item.

The returns form should be completed in full and confirmation received before any goods are returned.

In the event of non-delivery please wait 2 working days from date of order before contacting us either in writing or by e-mail.

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer should retain the product and contact Autotool by e-mail or in writing within 10 days of receipt, whereupon a replacement or refund will be arranged.

All products carry a full 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated.
